Are you comfortable in your own skin? Do you like what you see in the mirror? Though many I've interviewd are happy with their lives and wouldn't change a thing, every single one of them are unhappy with how they look. WHY? Mainstream media has always portrayed tall and thin to be ideal, but enough already!
